On Thursday 26th June, Director Ed Tranmer participated in an interview with Gayle Lofthouse from BBC Radio Leeds, discussing the effects a neighboring property can have on your own home's value.
One key peice of advice Ed has for buyers is to "...give every property a chance. If you like it and the only concern is that you're not sure if next door are great people to live with, well they might move next year, they might not, so go and spend more time in that area and get a feel for it. Don't base your whole assumption on a half an hour viewing."
